i have HP 425 if i take photo with flash its capturing quickly and the clarity is ok but it looks darker that the actual lightings.. if turn off the flash i get perfect lightings but it blurs even i shake a very little bit... why

You're probably shooting in poor light. What you've discovered, is that with the flash turned on you can illuminate your subject but not the background... and with the flash turned off, the shutter stays open for longer, which makes the camera more sensitive to movement.
There are three ways to deal with this, and they all have their pros and cons:
* Keep the flash turned off and use a tripod. This is good for stationary objects but not for people. It's also pretty cumbersome.
* Use the flash and minimize the distance to the background. This only works if everything in the picture can be properly lit by the flash. That pretty much limits this technique to shots where you're standing within 10 feet of a wall.
* Increase the ISO setting (either with or without the use of flash). The HP 425 goes up to ISO 400 and this will make the camera more light sensitive... but at the expense of image quality.
If you do a lot of low light photography, there are better cameras out there. The Fuji F30 comes to mind in the point & shoot catagory, and digital SLR cameras were practically made for this stuff.

Because it's not very good camera. I have one. You need daylight for perfect pictures.

Connect 2 the computer, install software/driver, select right port & enjoy.................
