In my experience, puppy. Any puppy. My own 5-month-old will wolf down her food so fast! I've started breaking up her meals into five or six servings, and she has to sit calmly between servings to get the next one.
My Ty-doggie (2yo) is a picky eater. To solve this, he gets his food bowl for as long as Saffron (the puppy) gets hers. Usually by then he's wandered away, and I remove the bowl from the floor (otherwise the pup will get what's left, at breakneck speed). Lately, he's realizing that the food isn't always there, and will eat more during his mealtimes.
I would not recommend fostering competition between the dog you have and another. It could lead to food aggression and prevent the new dog from meshing well in your pack (umm, family).

The Beagle has a very big appetite. I've heard my friend say her Pugs have a huge appetite as well.

Bull dogs eat alot, and so do most heavy set dogs.
My chihuahua snacks throughout the day, but she can only handle so much food a day, ya know?

Most definitely PUGS! I have 3 and if I allowed each one of them they would eat more than my Labrador!

Oh my goodness.. My miniature schnauzer's crazy about food... She eats her meals so fast, then she just kind of looks up at me. Probably hoping for more.
