Ha Ha! You are cute. Caught me off guard but I had a good chuckle reading your question. Thanks I needed that.

To answer your questions, I must say that I would not substitute canned soup and one reason alone is because of the salt content as well as the preservatives. This will work against what you are trying to do.

A long-term commitment to careful diet and nutrition, resistance/strength training, and other forms of fat-loss exercise - in other words it's hard work.

The body tends to burn fat from all over the place, and generally you have no control over which body part will slim down first.

To burn more fat you need to increase cardiovascular exercise. There's no need to do hundreds of crunches! Any muscle definition in the body comes from the right nutrition, and the right mix of cardio and weight training.

The more muscle you have the more calories your body will burn, the more you exercise the higher your metabolism will climb.

You can loose 10 pounds of water weight in a week by drinking lots of water, staying away from salt and eating plenty of dark greens such as spinach.

I hope this helps you.

I'm trying this one! I don't understand why people are putting it down? I made this one up and blended it and its so tasty. You don't just eat the soup you are allowed a jacket potato and meat be it beef or chicken and you eat fruit and veg. i see it as a push start into the right direction. If you are like me and need to see things happening a bit quicker than the norm, then whats the harm i say? A lot of folk say its bad but your getting your 5 portions of fruit and veg? You are allowed to drink coffee which is my down fall but with all the water I am drinking I haven't had more than one cup today! I am exercising on my trampoline holding on to my boobs for dear life and I have said to myself the day I can jump up and down on that trampoline without holding my boobs! will be the day I reach my target weight! I wish you luck and weight loss my friend! Its a journey I will share with you .x

All fruits are fresh vegetables. A "vegetable" is a plant, any part of which is employed for food.

In the superstore, fruits are usually selected much too soon. Some are rocks, many are bitter. Some of the fresh vegetables are right (zucchini, onions, garlic, lettuce, greens, and a few others) so I'd have to go with vegetables.
