Go to the fake flower department in WalMart. Buy a whole lot of those small bunches of purple grapes. Get a can of spray adhesive, and a jar of silver glitter. Do this outdoors, as the fumes from the spray adhesive can be pretty bad. Lightly spray the grape bunches with adhesive, and then sprinkle them with silver glitter. When completely dry, tie a thin, metallic ribbon near the "stem", and hang them on your tree.

Make snowflakes out of glittery white pipe cleaners. Gather about 6-7 together, and cut them in half with a sharp scissors. Using another short piece of pipe cleaner, bind them all together in the center. Spread out all the pipe cleaners to resemble snowflakes. No hooks or ribbons needed - just rest them among the tree's branches.

Your color scheme sounds pretty. Happy decorating and Happy Holidays!

I'm also decorating with purple and silver this year. K-Mart has some rich purple colors. I'm not sure what these little things are that I put on the tree but it's like curly stick things with glitter that I bought at K-Mart and you can get at any craft store. I took them apart and added one at a time to the tree and also did this for my mantle over my fireplace adding lights and greenery, silver and purple bulbs. I also put a few purple and silver bulbs on the tree with ribbons. For my centerpiece, I put more silver and purple bulbs with ribbons on a clear disk. I bought silver and purple glass bulbs at K-Mart and hung by ribbon with my garland on the bannister going up/down my stairs. It is really pretty. I still have a few more things I want to get just to add to the decor. It's a great and beautiful change from the red that I've used for years!

Blue and white yet attempt this replace the bulbs, one blue, one white, the subsequent blue ,then white and so on it seems so attractive and also you do not have a blue section on the tree and a separate white section it makes it complete

Use those really nice ribbons with wire edges, you can get colors that coordinate with your ornaments.
