White spot is a skin disease and as per my information
is irreversible and it will go on spreading slowly. This relates to your immune system. However, I have heard that there is a laser system which can help in removing the spot but as far as spread of the disease is concerned, it is difficult. The best solution is that you visit some experienced & matured ( say 45 to 50 years)
skin doctor (dermotalogist), who can explain to you in
more details. Good Luck

White spots? I had a big white spot on my neck that was getting bigger. I bought a tube of hydrocortisone acetate cream from the chemist and applied it. Spot was gone after 2-3 weeks.

When you go to the chemist. show them the spots first so they can recommend the right cream.
