One who obeys the speed limit, does not tail gate, is considerate of others and uses good old common sense in his or her driving. If they need glasses or hearing aids they should obtain and use them in all their driving.

someone who uses turn signals, and when they do switch lanes makes sure theres not another car there, has no problem driving in any weather including a road of ice. quick reaction time to avoid an accident. doesnt drive 10 under the speed limit. can drive a stick.

Someone who drives safely according to the road and his/her vehicle conditions and shows consideration and respect for other road users (including pedestrians).
Oh, yes. And also has patience with the not so good drivers.

someone who uses their blinker when turning or changing lanes after looking. Someone who is not flying through traffic or riding peoples rear, yet also not holding up traffic going so slow. someone who looks before changing lanes and/or entering traffic through a turn. someone who makes smart deciesions as far as when to merge and when to wait. able to gage spead so that they can merge safley into traffic on an exit ramp w/o stopping on the ramp. All this @ the same time is able to respond to other drivers carelessness.

Someone who doesn't hog the left lane doing the speed limit on the highway. Someone who doesn't drink and drive, and someone who doesn't try to show off their car on the street, because it only counts on the drag strip.

someone who stay out of my way when I drive. Not drive too slow. Maybe stay home, out of my way.
