I am a male in my early twenties. Since puberty, I have had problems with dandruff, and have used medicated shampoos on a daily basis. Because of that my hair has also usually been very dry. I also found that when I used medicated shampoos daily they would cause more hair to come out on the brush, so I have now reduced to using Neutrogena T/Gel once a week and Nizoral once a week, which works pretty well for dandruff and doesn't seem to cause any hair loss. In fact, I now barely ever notice any hair coming out in the shower or on the brush. First off, I want to know if these two shampoos are safe to use in conjunction in the same regimen? Also, what are some good salon shampoos or natural shampoos that I can use in between T/gel and Nizoral that could help with dry hair and scalp? Finally, I try not to use conditioner often, as it seems to build up on my hair and make the dry scalp worse? Any good weekly conditioners to suggest that don't cause buildup? Thanks alotfor the help

Nizoral . Only prescribed by your Dr. Then as a follow up. Use Scalpicin at your local Wally world. And if you cannot afford that. EVOO.
