Wow you're a tall woman. I'm 5'10 and I was a toothpick at 140! LOL No kidding I was a size 10 at that weight. So I think for you, you'd likely be an 8 at that weight which for your height is awfully thin. So don't feel bad if you are 150-160 or even more, depending on your structure you could be very proportionate and slim looking at that weight, even though it seems like a lot, for your height it's perfect without being excessively thin.

The rule of thumb I was taugh was at 5' you should weigh 100 pounds and for each 1" after that you should add another 5 pounds so at 6'1" you should weigh 165. These days most people go by BMI due to the fact that muscle weighs more than fat. Look on google for a BMI chart, or go to WebMD for one. I have posted a link to one below in case you didn't feel like searching.

Don't use weight as a measurement tool. If you have good muscle mass then I'd bet you're going to a gym. Ask one of the trainers to measure your body fat, which will take into account the lean mass you have built.

It would depend on your age and overall build. Are you very busty, etc? Overall, given the BMI of women it would be sage to say 150-175 pounds or so.
