the Capitol campus (Olympia),
Golden Gardens Park (Seattle),
Kalaloch Lodge (Kalaloch, on the coast about 70mins north of Ocean Shores),
Lake Quinault Lodge (Lake Quinault, in the Olympic National Park),
or perhaps even Snoqualmie Falls...
Of them all, I'd suggest Lake Quinault, as it's the perfect setting for an outdoor wedding, despite being a bit of a drive.

There a several beautiful parks, or the rose garden at the woodland park zoo.

Have it on a logging road way up in the middle of nowhere. Very beautiful, remote, and peaceful.
