I like warm sake or "atsukan" (heated sake, see below photo) with sashimi or sushi, I do not like icy cold sake, some sake taste good with room temperature too. There are so many kinds/brands of sake imported from Japan to here, never can try all of them + I can't drink much (allergic to alcohol), I only order sake when I have dinners with clients or friends that can drink up the bottle (usually we order a 750 ml bottle).

Sake has such a different taste when it's warm. I sometimes use it at room temp and make sake screwdrivers, but there is something about hot sake that is just so great!

Sake is wonderful, drink several bottles of it hot everytime I go for sushi, usually once a month.

Oh, yeah! Cold in the summer, warmed in the winter. Only thing is, it's gotta be high-grade. Otherwise, you're asking for a nasty hangover!!

I like it, but man that stuff knocks me out. Also could be a 12 beers I had with it.

Yeah, it's good, heats you up, we all have it when we come together in our dorm in Taiwan.......good for drinking games.....
