I know a couple who has a young daughter, but one of the parents is ducking away from the cops, has a ton of warrents, is driving a car w/o a licence, & no insurance, the parent was in an accident about 4 months ago and didn't report it, and the person she hit is now trying to sue, and she got a letter saying that her licence is going to be suspended...but she still dirves.. the daughter is VERY young, and do to lack of care is missing her 6 front teeth on the top, and lives in a messy home. The other parent either doesn't care or is to scared to say or do anything, or thinks that everythings normal...

I want to do something, but I know I can't, it's just hard to see this happening to the little girl... is it right for me to be mad, and hurt, and scared for the little girl???

The "Mind your own business" rule can only be respected for so long. I wouldn't call the police, but I would speak to someone @ Child Services or at a local women's shelter to get advice about what should be done, as it sounds like the little girl is obviously being neglected.

Just think of the horrible things that could happen if you dont tell anyone. Seriously that should take away any guilt you feel. Just what do think would happen if the child was in the car when the parent got pulled over. Either they could possibly get involved in a chase or the daughter would go through the even more tramatic experience of watching their parent get arrested. Someone has to help this little girl if her parents won't. Bless You.

Call DHS or CPS or whatever it is you have in your state and tell them you want to be kept anonymous and let them take it from there, but sometimes the system is a joke.Or I'm sure if you call the cops and tell them you know someone that has a warrant and their child is not being taken care of they will call DHS or CPS...
No child should be missing teeth. I get sooo upset when I see a 5 year old with all their teeth capped...it's like WTF..brush your child's teeth..I just feel sorry for them..I mean it's sad for kids to be seperated from their parents, but it's more sad when children grow up without a fighting chance because their parents are morons..

Good luck with whatever you decide to do..

If you feel the little girl is in danger by abuse or neglect, I would report it to CPS because you don't have to say who you are and they still have to check up on the home of the child. As for calling the cops about someone having warrants?...I would just let the cops handle it because that person WILL be caught, it's' just a matter of time.

It is right for a normal thinking feeling human being to be mad and worried for another, especially if it concerns young children.
This might sound harsh, but I think you should call the child care services, there is so many people out there who would love to have a child, and to see parents neglecting their children is shameful

It is so very sad that parents act so self centered and irresponsible-and there are millions of situations like these.

Though you and I feel these are important happenings there is nothing you listed that will probably even get the parents time in jail or the daughter be put in a better home.

I will pray for this precious child. I wish you the best-and may the Lord be with you!

Get in touch with child services if it deems truely needed. Who knows what could happen to that poor child. Get the kid out before we hear on the news that dad beat her to dead or mom drowned her in the bath tub. Give her a chance at life.

Holy **** someone call child services on kyras_mommy121205 she is much to much of an angry person to care for a child. Or maybe someone did thats why shes so bitchy

listen you mind your own buisness...what does this have to do with the child? so what if the house is messy for god sakes if that was a crime a hell of alot of parents would be thrown in jail and the key thrown away!! leave this family alone!!! seems you want this little girl or something...i suggest worrying about your own affairs rather then everyone elses!! and the kids teeth?? cmon lady!!! shes a little girl theyre friggin baby teeth..please grow up!..do not hurt this child by breaking her family appart...she will hate you for this!!!!!! your not going to hurt the parents like you think you are the only 1 going to be hurt is the child! GET A LIFE HAVE YOUR OWN CHILDREN LEAVE THIS FAMILY ALONE!!! dumb question!

I would at least contact the CPS about this there is no reason for this little girl to be suffering. You would be doing them all a favor by contacting someone.

Call CPS and let them know your worrys and conserns and they will go investigate and if they think there is a problem then they will do what is best for that child.Sometimes you need to report it more then once.
