If it has already changed your skin, you may want to get a few microderm abrasions. It is a machine that blasts a media crystal into your skin and suctions it along with the top layer of skin with it. It will be good for your face also. Check it out and congratulations.

this might be a rash that hasn't healed yet, if that is the case, you might want to go to the doctor, or you can try hydrocortisone cream. Also, I have found that vitamin E oil rubbed into the area helps to make the scar less visible. I put it on every time I think about it. There is also an over the counter scar medication called Mederma, but I personally have found it to be sticky when it dries and makes the skin feel 'tight'.
Good luck, and congratulation on your wedding!

use neosporin and try not to scratch whatever you do...if scars do form take vitamin E gel capules (any place that sells vitamine will have them) brake them open and rub the gel on the scars i had several on my arms from ecsema and the vitamin E straight to the skin really helped lighten them

If the rash is gone and it is only a healed over (no broken skin or infection) .. you can buy vitamin E capsules at any drug store vitamin section and cut them open with a knife and coat the area with the gel inside.

You don't make this sound like a scar, you make it sound like a sore that hasn't healed yet--if so, go to the doctor. You need a steroid cream to get it to heal that quickly, and only a doctor can give it to you.

I would try popping open some vitamin e capsules and massaging it into the rash. you can also try hydrocortisone cream. a dermatologist might be able to use laser treatment to reduce redness. worst case use some coverup on your big day. congrats on your upcoming nuptuals.
