Well, I got really really really plastered last saturday night.......and the waitress at the pub I went to was really coming on to me, I have no idea why, because I was so stupid, but neverless, she was. So I asked her out to the bar down the road after they closed up, had a drink, talked for about half an hour, and went our seperate ways..........but before then, I got her phone number. I went through the ol' 3 day first call waiting period, but when I called her, I got the dreaded answering machine. I left some stupid message asking her to call me back when she could, so we could arrange a dinner or something, then said bye. How long do I wait for her to call me back before I call her again? What if I dont get the call? Just wondering what the protocol is here.......

Forget protocol. If you're interested, pursue! Call every day. She should know you're interested.

Otherwise, loose the number. If she calls back after you've decided you're not interested, tell her you need a few days because the herpes is acting up this week.

Go back to the Pub she works at and she if she is still interested. It will work itself out from there.

Grasshopper, see the pebble in my hand/, see the bottomless pool? When I drop the pebble in, Grasshopper thinks it is gone, but look at the ripples the pebble has made.
