Oh well,.. it means things you are saying may take a turn for the grim, sick, twisted,.. undead,... Not the kind of things that are like Sunshine, Lolipops, and Puppies,... But maybe your laughing at someone getting hurt or your jokes contain such out come.

It may seem funny to you but not some thing other people notice,.. because they are busy being as much like the Average Joe as posible.

Seeing humour in the darker things in life. For me it's about having been in some very dark places in my life, and surprizingly, a different kind of humour appeared concerning the state I found myself in. Like finding humor in psych wards while being in one. The kind of stuff that others in your situation might also find really funny, but 'normal' people, with no such experiences, find rather dark, weird, twisted... I think it's a survival mechanism and it's pretty wonderful. Your brain is finding a way to make light of a devastating situation to help you maintain your sanity. Comedians often have this dark sense of humour. That's why some of us 'get it' and 'straighter' people often don't, or are appalled by it.
