Do you talk to her a lot. If you want to be suave about it, work it into the conversation. Just saying, "I think you're pretty!" is cute in a dorky way, but she'll be taken off guard if you work it into the conversation. She'll have to stop and think, 'did he just call me pretty?' for a split second, and then when she realizes you did, she'll be totally flattered.
For instance, say she makes an off-hand comment about how pretty something is. You can throw in that it's not as pretty as her.
Just don't doctor it up and make it weird and creepy. Just stick with telling her she's pretty. No need to throw in stuff about the stars in her eyes or other whacked out stuff like that. Though I'm pretty sure you knew that anyway. lol

It depends on whether or not you are friends were her already. I would just tell her that she's beautiful. You could just look her square in the eye and tell her. I always like it when I guy is kind of cocky about it but yet sincere at the same time. I like persistence with these things. Like, "Damn, you are beautiful! I coming with you!" or "You're beautiful, what are we doing later?" Ask her to hang out with out and then tell her then while you are hanging out. I am married but recently a guy told me that I was awesome and totally hot and rad and I thought that was just fantastic. If I wasn't married I would have definately dated him ASAP. Just say "______, you are so beautiful!" Hope that helps, good luck!

Assuming she really is, don't tell her that. She already knows, and everybody tells her. Make yourself stand out from the crowd by not complimenting her.
On the other hand, if she is an ugly porker, just say it. She'll be happy and you'll get what you want.

You could say "every day I wake up I know it's gonna be a sunny day even if it's pouring outside because the radiance of your beauty illuminates any room you enter"
My boyfriends quote. He just gave it to me.

nothing beats straight-forwardness. it's not like you're about to say something bad.
i just dont get it. why do people find it easier to say negative criticism & perverted remarks than good & uplifting words?
well i simply believe that when youve got to say a good compliment about somebody you dont have to hesitate... because you might not be given the second chance to do so.

It doesn't really matter too much, just don't make it too sappy, or she'll think you're patronizing her or being stupid. Be cool about it, say it in front of a lot of people and say it like its not a big deal. She'll think its cool that you have the balls to say it in front of everyone, and she won't think you're putting her on.

Not sure if you're dating her or just admiring her from afar? When you are talking to her, just say, you look very pretty today. Doesn't have to be some big embarassing thing, just be honest and sincere, she will appreciate what you say not so much how you say it.

If you know her well, then go up to her and simply say, "You look nice." Don't ever use the words sexy or hot or else you might offend her or even get yourself slapped.
