Wher exactally are you bloated - full body or just the stomach region. If it's the full body then you are retaining water. You may be having too much salt or suffering from some kidney problem.

If it' sthe stomach then what you are eating is not digesting and the fermented stuff is causing you to bloat. Try eating curd, the bacteria in it will aid in digestion. Peppermint oils also help, you could consume peppermint oil pills available over the counter.

Cut down on potatoes and beans as they too give that bloated feeling.

Lastly exercise. There is nothing like a good walk.

Gassy vegetables, excessive sugar, salt and carbs can cause bloating. Drinking too many fluids and sodas, especially diet, because of the sodium levels. Lack of exercise, like sitting in one place for hours disrupts the natural flow of bodily fluids.

You are probably eating something that you have a hard time digesting, such as diary foods. Perhaps you are lactose intolerant (can't digest milk and other diary products). Try cutting out certain foods and see if it makes a difference. Also, take Beano before eating. It is an enzyme that helps your digestion.
