They would rather send troops as an international "Meals on Wheels" brigade to countries that do not threaten us as opposed to sending troops to kick clinton in a country that does threaten us. Maybe they're tired of feeding our sons and daughters into this quagmire of a meat-grinder called "Operation Bush-Flub?"

And as the smarter, more charismatic President Clinton said on Election Night eve (you rememember, the night the GOP lost Congress): "There's a difference between "cut and run" and "STOP AND THINK".
