Back when I was working out and running every morning for two months (before breakfast), by the end of those two months, my energy level was through the roof. I actually had the energy to clean the house.

So exercise is definitely one way to get energized. It'll take some time though.

You're in college, you party a lot, eat horribly and sleep irregularly. If that's the case, the problem is, you're a college student. You need to eat better and get on a normal schedule. Now, if you are always tired and have been for a while, there are several things you should be checked for at your doctors: Anemia, diabetes, thyroid problems and depression. These are common causes of fatigue. If you are ok with al of these, I recommend excercise and supplements. I tried supplements and found they totally changed my energy level. You need to get good ones though. The stuff at the drugstore and grocery stores aren't regulated, so get them from a company that specializes in vitamins and regulates their own quality. I use Vitality for Life. By the way Red Bull has got to be the most disgusting thing I've ever tasted. Most of the energy drinks on store shelves are nothing but caffiene. The only decent, healthy ones are sold by network marketers. My husband gets a drink that comes in 6 flavors, including rootbeer! It's all about the vitamin b.

They may be sleepy because they don't rest well at night...Or their diet may be lacking in nutrition, or maybe they don't eat enough, or they could be very depressed which makes you very unmotivated....Make the bed as comfortable as possible, eat well, take Bcomplex for energy three times a day, and melatonin at night to help sleep, both are on the vitamin isle. Try not to depend on caffeine too much, it's not that good for you.

Most likely lack of sleep and poor eating habits. You should get at least 8 hours of sleep, plus eat something when you wake up. Also, try taking a cold shower in the morning. I know it is torture this time of year, but you will not regret it. It will actually warm you up more, as well as working wonders for your skin. Give it a try, if it doesn't work, then maybe a doctor's visit is in order.

it seems one does not have a goal for life.
it seems one does not have responsibility.
it seems there is no change around him...nothing inspiring happening in life.
it seems life is boring.

all the above if the health is otherwise good.
to get physically active your brain needs something to put life in your body.

if there are things you want to do but don't find energy to do it, it means your health is not good..maybe you are anemic,
but if you don't find anything worthy of doing?, then your life needs a boost.

you did not say you are young or old.married or single,...you are a student or retired?.

so find out what is really stopping you to move...this world is full of happiness, and gifts for you to open.
