Talk to him! Give him a pat on the head, let him know you think he is great. You could also see if he wants to go outside. ; )
My dog sits at the back door and stares at me when his little bladder is full.

Have the dog put down by your vet, obviously. What could be more dangerous than a cute little dog that stares at you?

He's looking for affection----you need to give your dog a lil more attention, i thinks.
If he's a big dog, like a lab-take him for a walk, they usually like being in outdoors with people they love.
if its a small dog, picking him up and keeping him on your lap for a lil while should do the trick.

i think you should call animal control. Nah, JK, but yeah, if its a vicious dog...don't stare directly into its eyes back. Some animal, mostly dogs but some cats, take that as a sign you want to fight....so ya don't do that.

He wants something! Ask him what he wants. He knows what he wants it is up to you to understand what that is..If our dogs water bowl is empty and they want water they will go to the water bowl and hit it with their paws, if they want to go out they will knock on the door. Ask him you just might be shock at what he will tell you.

well maybe your dog needs some love... and he looks at you so you can see him and pet him and love him like a dog should be loved... your only and true loyal friend... that would give his/her life for you...pet him and love him!!! and give him a kiss for me ok *

i do this all the time. put a cracker on his/her nose and see if they try to eat it up (they always do). or give it a SMALL amount of peanutbutter, becuz its fun to watch them eat it.
