I could achieve that but meds work differently in people. The drug suitable to me may not work for you. I could manage my OCD symptoms with Fluoxetine (Prozac) only. SSRIs are used to treat OCD. You have to try different SSRIs to find the suitable one for you. Stay on the maximum recommended dose of your suitable SSRI for more than 3 months and start CBT also.
If SSRIs are not giving sufficient response you can augment the SSRI with antipsychotics. Consult a good clinical psychiatrist and discuss the possibilities with him.

Yes. I went to a better doctor who figured out that my OCD was caused by an Anxiety problem. Now that there's no anxiety, there's very little OCD that shows.
