Hello:
First, I've been cheated on before and I can not tell you how horrible that experience was. So I would recommend you not get involved with someone who is in a relationship, regardless of how rocky that relationship is. It's not fair to you, to mess around with a guy who then get's to go home to his girlfriend.
As for the cheating question, I would consider that cheating. I don't think you have to have sex with someone to consider it cheating. I think that it's an intimacy issue. You were obviously spending time with him in an intimate situation, therefore I would consider him to be cheating on his girlfriend.
Think of it this way, if she were to see the two of you sleeping together and just cuddling, what would she think?
I hope this helps, and good luck.

In asking "is it cheating," it sounds like you already know the answer but are looking for someone to draw a clear line for you - a line beyond what you're doing. If you have the feelings that prompted the question, it sounds like you already consider it cheating. Imagine how you would feel on the other end of things. If you're already in a good relationship with someone, don't screw it up by cheating. It's disrespectful to the other person and a shot in your own foot. Everyone deserves to be treated well by the very fact of being human. We should behave responsibily and as mature adults in our relationships.

It really depends on the relationship between the 2 people sleeping together.
Lets say the 2 sleeping together are like best friends and have been way before the guy was going out with the other girl. Then, it might be ok, but I don't know anyone who wouldn't be jealous even if that happened.
Other than that special case, I would call everything else cheating even if there was nothing "else" going on.

First... Why are you sleeping with another girls BF? Even if you just fell asleep together, it doesn't look good. If you have no relationship and no interest in the person... then technically... "NO" its not cheating because you didn't do a behavior that is concidered cheating... Hiowever, it doesn't show good judgement on your part either and it will (and probably did) lead to questions and issues of trust that didn't need to exist, had you used better judgement. Stay out of other peoples beds in anycase. It's not where you belong... Caz.

It depends on the girl and her bf's meaning of cheating, everyone's is different. The question is why are you hugged up with some dirty guy that already has a girlfriend. LOL nevermind keep hugging up with him, you two deserve each other. You think if you really got him one day that he wouldn't do the same with another girl besides you? lol you are obviously very young.

yes. I hate these kinds of questions because it makes me question the morality of humanity. "It is only cheating if you have sex." That thought is totally wrong. Some gentlemen consider it cheating to look at another woman the wrong way. Don't mess with the prick.

does it really matter if it is cheating or not? you guys have broken up, no matter what she may say to make you think that you haven't, you have. she hooked up with a guy in europe, although she now says she didn't, had that same guy fly here, and hooked up with him here. no reason for you do to anything but give her the space she wants by making her an ex.

Yes it is, you had no right to even be around another girls boyfriend. It is considered cheating on BOTH of your parts.

Yes it is...If he couldn't do it with his girlfriend watching then it's cheating and it sounds to me like she wouldn't have tolerated that kind of behavior...I wouldn't. Hell, if I my man told me that he did that and just cuddled, I wouldn't even believe that's all that happened, but to answer the question...yes it's cheating.
