I have never heard of that registry. Ususally both parents must be registered for the offspring to be registered, but someone may have set up a different kind for different reasons. Here's what I found though: http://rareandexoticfelinereg.homestead.com/cat_reg_form_electronic.html

When I typed in "registring" in a reply and did a spell check I got registering right away. You just left out the vowel to make your fourth syllable.

Your cat can be registered with Traditional Cats. Your cat can be registered under household pet and can be shown at the shows this organization holds for household pets. www.traditionalcats.com

I guess there is some kind of registry for polydactys. Do a search on polys registration.org or something of that nature and you may find the site or a link to it.
