It's blah, blah , blah and it is used in place of unimportant details when telling a story. Here is an example - "John went to the store to buy some bread and milk and then drop off his mail at the post office when he saw a woman get hit by a car." This instead be told like this - " John went to the store blah, blah, blah and he saw a woman get hit by a car."
