I don't aggressively flirt with girls, basically i give out my number and if a girls interested then they can 'holla at ya boy' or just call me and say whats on there mind. But i only get dorky girls useing that. I need a little help. And check out my other questions about this one girl i have big crush on.

You just need to be more agressive to get the kinda of girl you dsire and looing for... just remember to be tasetful with it though. Go for getting the girls number instead of you throwing yours out at her. Check out how some of your guy friends handle situation with girls and kinda use that as a guide. All in all just be cool with it and be yourself.

Maybe you u should change that methood if there's a certain type of girl you want then put the moves on her lol if you only act like a holla at yo boy guy then the girls don't think you interested at all and the dorky girls are just desprate

Giving your number is a bit cowardly, dont you think? If you dont want the dorky girls calling, than you got to get the numbers from the hot ones. The only ones that are worth it would be insulted you just give your number, expecting them to call you.

Your flirting needs to be more on point...Girls dont like it when it seems you dont have standards....It makes them feel unimportant...like you would date them even if they are unattractive or dorky looking. Come straight out with what you want and what you looking for. They will appreciate you being honest and showing them attention.

I haven't checked out your other question but personally for me, I hate when guys say stuff like that. Some girls like it but I like it when a guy just casualy says "maybe we can hang out sometime?" or send a message to her on myspace or something. A casual conversation always makes a nice start.

youre getting geeks because they are the ones desperate enough to call you- why give them your number if you dont want them to call anyways?!
let a girl know youre really intrested in her and she might call, but if you like her then you need to call her first and make plans or just talk.

I would loose the "holla" thing...it reminds me of when people used to use that hand in the shape of an "L" thing to say looser...just isn't all that cool...
