You cannot cure a mind from thinking. You can help yourself by looking at the choices you make and what impact they could have upon your life.
If the fantasies involve pain or violence upon other individuals or animals, then you should seek professional guidance as soon as possible.
If the fantasies are sexual in nature, then you may or may not need guidance as much as you will have to deal with the fact that you will either have to live out the fantasy or stuff the fantasy and the feelings it creates. Sexual fantasy is not normally sick, unless it involves non-humans, underage individuals, or practices that harm others with intent.
Good luck on your journey.

Well, you need to research and find out if you are alone. What is the source?? Maybe things you watch or people you are around. Maybe you need to cut that stuff off.
Wouldn't hurt to speak to a professional, pastor, etc. Whatever you think will help if you are serious about getting rid of this.
AT the risk of sounding crazy, religious or whatever, I've always learned in Church that when things like this happen, it is an attack from the enemy of God and doesn't really come from you. If it really came from you, then you wouldn't be questioning it and it wouldn't bother you. Just be careful to not come into agreement with these fantasies. They will not only be harmful to those you may inflict them on, but also to yourself.

Ask yourself why.
It isn't uncommon for people to have fantasies that startle them. it is realizing which are and are not good is the important thing. There are many many bad things I fantasize about, but i don't do them no matter how much I would like to.
Be careful as you might have some sort of an imbalance, but I would not worry much about it unless you find yourself attempting the ones that are really horrible. If you reach that point, then I would consider seeking help.
hope this helps. Sorry I am not anymore helpful, but being a severe insomniac sometimes hinders my answers.

I dont know how old you are, or what kind of fantasy's your having....but I think what you are describeing is normal for most of us to a certain extent. How many of us have dreamed of robbing a bank? How many of us have actually robbed a bank? I had what I felt were unatural fantasys for years that made me feel guilty inside, but I finally realized that I did not "rob the bank" I only fantasized about it, which helped me to finally come to terms with it. It took me more than a decade, I did not seek professional help, I handled it myself. If what ever is troubleing you is dangerous to yourself or others, and your afraid you might "rob the bank" .... then you may need to seek professional help. I say you give yourself a chance first before you run off to a doctor.

If your fantasies are making you sick, I'd go to a psychologist and discuss it for an hour. You can get some help. If you are in school, go to your school counselor and tell her you need some help.If you are out of school, look in the yellow pages for a free psychiatric clinic or find one through your doctor. Congratulations for recognizing you have a problem before you act on those fantasies.

How sick is sick? Do you like people to throw up on you during sex, into scat, k-9ing, incest?
Or do your fantasies involve Pres Bush or Michael Jackson? - Now THAT is sick.
Just know there is always someone that will love you for who you are.

You need an outlet for the sexual pressure- get laid or masturbate. As for sick fantasies...if you are having them as fantasies, you must not consider them that sick. Some people like kinky things...it happens.

Think of it this way, how would your life change if they were acted out? Would it get worse or better? If its really sick and it would get much worse like you losing your friends, you'll probably snap out of it. I went through something like that, but dont tell anyone heh.
