Muslims believe in the one God.
We believe in the prophets. Jesus (peace be upon him) is a prophet the same as Adam, Moses, Noah, and Abraham(peace be upon them). We do not see Jesus (peace be upon him) as the son of God only one of his messengers.
Yes his was born of a virgin birth and yes he did preform miracles but these are how he brought his massage as those did before him.
We believe that the men of the time recorded the message wrong and God had to send a new message to the last prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). And he was given Islam.

Muslims do believe in Jesus. We believe that he existed, and that he was a Prophet, or Messenger of God.
Allah is the Arabic word for "God"
Islam, which is the religion of Muslims, was founded in Arabia, which is in the Middle East, which is why the word for God is in Arabic.
The main difference between Christianity and Islam is that Muslims do not believe that Jesus was the son of God, nor do Muslims believe that Jesus was God. We simply see him as an important messenger sent by God.
We also believe that Jesus will come again at the time of Judgment to kill off the evil dajjal (the equivalent of the Christian Anti-Christ, or Devil).
As for the Bible and the Qu'ran, they are both separate books. But Muslims also read the Bible. However, Muslims believe there are fundamental flaws within the Bible, which is why God sent us the Qu'ran.
I hope that wasn't too confusing.
And by the way... good on you for being so young and interested in something so complex. You're the same age I was when I started studying other faiths. :-)

Thank you for seeking this knowledge. I am glad you are curious.
Muslims believe that Jesus as a messenger of God. They do not, however, believe that Jesus IS god. Most Christians believe this (although there are a few Christian sects which do not), and it is a major point of difference between Islam and Christianity.
Judaism, Christianity and Islam are all Abrahamic religions, meaning they all believe in the same god that Abraham, from the Old Testament (Abraham is also mentioned in the New Testament) believed and followed. It is through Abraham's offspring that all the nations of the world will come to be blessed.
Thus, Jews, Christians and Muslims all believe in the same God. Allah is simply the Arabic word for God -- Arab Christians say "Allah" when they refer to god.
The Qur'an is the Book of Islam, which God revealed to the prophet Muhammed, the prophet of Islam, through the angel Gabriel. This Book references several people from the Bible and Torah, including Abraham, David, John, virgin Mary and Jesus. It is not the same book as the Bible, however.

Muslims believe in the true teachings of Jesus, son of Mary, peace be upon him. We don't believe in the current Bible, as written by the Council of Nicea. The morals and values of Islam are identical to the morals and values of Christianity, and there is only one God. If you pick up a Bible which has been translated into Arabic, you will see that the word for God is Allah.
If you want more information about Islam, I recommend reading the Quran. You can find it online here: www.islamicity.com. Another web site which is easy to read and full of information is this one: www.revertmuslims.com

I am a Muslim, we think of Jesus as only and just a prophet, but not son of god. We believe everything he says and I dare u if u find some thing in the bible said by Jesus that he is son of god. Jesus said "my god and your god, my father and your father" this statement is in the bible it clearly doesn't mean that Jesus is son of god. The quran is exactly the same as the bible, but since it came after it includes more things than the bible. All Muslims respect the bible as they respect Quran, it is a holy book for us too. And yea God is the same as Allah. I encourage you to read the Quran and read the bible and you will know.

Yes dear,
we believe that Jesus Christ is a Prophet of God like Moses, Jacob, Isaac, Abraham and Noah.
we believe in his miraculous birth without a Father.
we believe that He is the Messiah who will return and bring peace to the whole world after killing the Anti-Christ.
we dont believe Jesus died on the cross rather raised to heaven alive and well to be safe with God.
we don't believe Jesus is the son of God, we believe that God doesn't beget nor was begotten and there's nothing comparable to him.
Muslims and Christians worship the same God, the creator of Heaven and Earth and the God Abraham worshiped.
Allah is the Arabic word for God the one and only God.
the Quran was revealed to Prophet Muhammad the last prophet sent by God to mankind to unite them under the true and pure monotheism after it has been corrupted.
the difference between the Bible and the Quran is that the Quran is only the word of God while the Bible is the word of God, the words of the prophets and the words of the historians.
in Islam, the word of God revealed to the Prophet is kept preserved in this holy book. the teachings of the prophet is called the Hadiths (oral traditions) and they are in separate books. also the history is kept in separate books.
i hope this was helpful enough, please if you still have any questions about my religion i'll be glad to answer them with the best of my knowledge!
peace.

Muslims believe that revelations from God have been send throughout the ages. We believe that the Quran is God's final Revelation to mankind. Muslims believe that all the prophets who received revelation have come with the same message, worship one God and do good deeds for a happy afterlife.
Muslims call Jesus' (Peace be upon him) revelation, the Injil, and believes it has been distorted from its original text. We believe Jesus to be a prophet of miracles that was born of the virgin Mary. We believed he performed miracles, but where we differ with Christianity is that we believe he taught to worship God alone and not associate partners with him. So we don't believe he is the Son of God, or a part of God, only a prophet that was born of a special likness to aide and guide the Tribe of Israel.
Muslims regard the biblical prophets and the original Bible as from God. Allah is Aramaic for God, the same language Jesus (PBUH) spoke.

Yes Muslims believe in Jesus (PBUH). We do not believe that he was crucified on the cross or that he was GOD in human form. He was a prophet and he will come once again. ALLAH*SWT is God in the arabic language. A Muslim is a person who follows Islam. There are many similarities to Christianity and Judaism, as we beleive in all the prophets before Muhammed (PBUH)-- Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses (PBUT), etc... There are many great websites you can look at if you would like to learn more. Be careful there are many who not operated by Muslims therefore giving you wrong information. Another option is to find a muslim at your school and talk to them, their parents or contact your local mosque.

Allah is One, without any partners. He has no sharers in His essence, attributes, actions, or rulings. He is the sole Creator of all that exists, has existed, and will ever exist. Everything other than Him is His creation – that is, a contingent being that came into existence after it did not previously exist.
He alone controls all events, causes, and effects, and no power exists independently of His power. Nothing happens outside of His will, neither before He willed it, nor after He willed it, neither more than what He willed, nor less than what He willed.
There is nothing like Him, and it is impossible to imagine or conceive Him
He is the Sustainer of everything, directly sustaining every instant of the existence of all things. He alone gives life and He alone gives death, and He will re-create and resurrect living rational beings for judgment and retribution just as He created them the first time. Nothing is difficult for Him.
Muslims believe, that Jesus was one of the mightiest messengers of God that he was the Christ, that he was born miraculously without any male intervention (which many modern-day Christians do not believe today), that he gave life to the dead by God's permission and that he healed those born blind and the lepers by God's permission. In fact, no Muslim is a Muslim if he or she does not believe in Jesus!
What will also surprise the christians is the fact that the Muslim does not take the holy name of Jesus, in his own language, without saying Eesa, alaihi assalam ("Jesus, peace be upon him").
Mention in the Quran
And that in the Holy Quran Jesus is mentioned twenty five times.
For example:
"We gave Jesus, the son of Mary, clear signs and strengthened him with the Holy Spirit" The Holy Qur'an,Chapter 2,Verse 87
"O Mary! God giveth thee glad tidings of a Word from Him: his name will be Christ Jesus, the son of Mary..." The Holy Qur'an, Chapter 3, Verse 45
"...Christ Jesus the son of Mary was (no more than) an apostle of god..." The Holy Qur'an ,Chapter 4,Verse 171
"...And in their foot steps we sent Jesus the son of Mary..." The Holy Qur'an,Chapter 5, Verse 46
"And Zakariya and John, and Jesus and Elias: all in the ranks of the righteous." The Holy Qur'an,Chapter 6, Verse 85

Christianity
Judism
Muslim
All came from the teachings which lead to the Bible. Each had a guide written by different people. But ALL three came from the same original teachings. So why are we fighting to prove which religion is better?
Religion separates people. Pray to God. Not to a religion.
