It depends on what type of guy you are trying to capture. You can't just apply the same move on every guy and expect it to work.
=) First know what kind of guy you are looking for
=) Find out if the guy is available
=) Take time out to get to know him as a person
If you have love portion #9 then pour it on him and hopefully he will fall into your arms. If not then take the following tips and apply.
1. Understand that just because you like someone, it doesn't always mean they will like you back
2. Be willing to take a risk by revealing your feelings and give them a chance to respond.
3. If all fails, take a gun and hold it to his head and tell him that he's coming home with you or else.

if you got the hour glass figure, wear a tapering shirt. if you are a bit overweight, wear a loser fitting clothes (like those ponchos and a skirt) if you have a bust accent it with like a v neck shirt. if not, wear like a tight football jersey, or like a polo. if you got a butt, wear fitted jeans, if you dont, where loser pants.jewelry ( not like mr T). maybe a nice necklace, a watch, a gracelet or two, earrings. always wear a belt (turn on for me) shoes should be high heels or Converse Allstars (low tops or high, ur choice). Army boots if you got like a camo shirt and pants. it looks hot. trust me.
And most importantly: BE HAPPY. One of the biggest turn ons a chick can have is a bright attitude.

Need more details...your profile is closed off (like everyone elses for whatever reason I have no idea) so I don't know anything about you...its hard to find answers w/ no clues.."get a guy" could mean...find a date for the prom...or someone for a casual relationship, or someone to spend the rest of your life w/...different circumstance require different actions...

Well, personally, if a girl comes on to me strong and trys to sit on my lap and the such, i ignore em. A guys always should make the first move.....After you become a friend of his. And only flrt in your range of who you can get with. Other wise you'll be rejected by guys you can't get with. And if it gets really bad, find a nerd and give him some friendly attention. Have em freak out over you and then ask him "do you like me" and then go out with him and see if you like it.....But don't chase guys you can't get with!!!!!

Well...a guy will come along when it is right...and the best advice is to just GET OUT THERE!!
Start a myspace, get on Match.com...i didnt end up dating anyone from there, but i did meet a lot of people that are now my lifelong friends.
Its a big step...especially the match.com, but TRUST ME...it is really really fun.

Maybe tonight, i'm not me... i'm the 99% of the time, romantic, but ... at this moment i feel that i need to say this (my biggest mistake in life is that "i say exactly what i think")... at my age .. trhough time and "living moments", i have realized that as worst you treat a man .. they love you more ... Dam!. If you are sweet, and nice, and helpfull, and like to cook .. and write poems .. and Always smile, you understand him, you treat him like a king .. bla,bla...he kicks your *** ... Be the person you always admire. It might not always be yourself, dear. For example, if you love Oprah, pretend you are her while talking to your boy. for some odd reason, it always works.

try to bone up on the latest gadgets, tech stuff, video games, do your research, start learning how to work that joystick, get good at the Xbox, etc. that's what people with Y chromosomes love :-)

i am a guy so i would know. for every girl (unless you're crazy or incredibly incredibly ugly, and even then) has a guy that likes her. Trust me. just find that guy and start flirting.
