Any body with any sense of economics will tell you that
anyone earning a salary of less than US$1,000.00 p.m.
is impossible to come up with 1/2 million US$. Now, don't
tell me that Canadian and U.S. officials haven't got their
fingers in the pie either.

Anyways...what are you talking about? Are you saying that Chinese emigrants are criminals because they're rich? If so, there are ways to become rich all over the world. Just because you live in another country doesn't mean you can't make a lot of money.

I never heard that. I've been to Canada quite a few times, and never saw any Chinese people in a car while American's and Canadien's were hollering at each other out our windows, who was going to win the World Series, or the World Hockey Cup championship. But anyway, we all have Chinese gangs, and they opperate like Italian Mafia, especially in New York, and the higher up Chinese who work closer to economic's in USA are, (at least, not sure about Canada) are being watched closely by the FBI, do to their former government being Communist.
