I know about buffalo, Caribbean, teriyaki, bbq and garlic. What else is there? I work at a restaurant and my boss wants to have a dozen differnet flavors of wings but that's all I got 5 of them.

Oh, do you mean entirely coated with a certain flavor? I believe Pizza Hut has blue cheese (or bleu cheese, if you want the French spelling) and ranch - actually side sauces but you could coat them entirely. You could have three degrees of hot -mild, medium, and fiery. You could have chile and limon flavor.
