If he loves you, he'll believe you over his friends. If he doesn't, that's a sign that HE has cheated himself, so finds it hard to trust you. If I were you, I'd break up with him if he doesn't believe you because trust is the most important thing in a relationship.

Once confidence is lost it is difficult to restore. It is not wise to depend on doubting people. There is no assurance that he will not be carried away by words of his friends in future also. You have saved yourselves once.Better look for reliable relations. You live only once.Depend on the dependable.

What were you thinking at the time the guys tried it on with you ?
How could you get into that kind of situation ?
Do you think flirting is ok ?
If you believed in monogamy, why did you go into a situation with another guy ? and why more than once ?
So stupid!

Not to be mean, but please use spell check.
As for your guy, if he hasn't learned to trust you because of something that happened years ago, he's not going to. Move on. A relationship is worthless without trust and if after several years he doesn't feel like he can give that to you...there's not really any hope for your relationship.

Tell him what his friend did, you did NOT cheat, and that you should not have to explain yourself anymore. Relationships are built on TRUST!
