My upper back has been uncomfortable for about 2 months now. It is close to my shoulder blade but it doesn't hurt. I am just always umcomfortable. What could it be? I have went to a chiropractor and i am constantly trying to get my back popped or get a massuage cause it feels so bad. My job required me to wear kevlar vests and helmet but its not all the time. Help!

I get upper back pain after shoveling horse stalls for 4 days straight. It is the muscle- do you do a lot of digging or something with those movements?
Another thing: if you are standing straight in correct looking posture, you may not actually be standing in correct posture. Sometimes your neck may be at an odd angle, your lower back pulled too forward, etc... that can cause it as well.

Hi. It's stress. A deep muscle tissue massage will help, but I recommend practicing relaxation, meditation, deep breathing exercises, whatever helps you relax. A deep tissue massage in a relaxing spa environment is my favorite, it'll cost about $60/hour but you'll feel great.

2. your work clothes are too tight.

4. If you are female, your bra might be too tight

5. The weight of large breasts
