Well, if you want an honest answer, id say beacsue you eat unhealthy foods, and choose not to exercise.
to not be fat, maybe you should spread your meals out through the day, instead of eating 3 big meals...also, start jogging, its really fun, and a great way to loose weight. every night try doing 100 crunches, 40 leg lifts, 15 push ups, and and i dont know what these are called, but you go down on all fous, and left one leg up to in the air, then bring it down and count ONE, to 40 sets for each leg. these might seem like alot, but it really isnt, and every week, you should and anothere set.

Mostly being too fat is caused by just one inequality: intake of calories is greater than amount burned up in exercise over a given time period. There are some additional dynamics such as eating empty carbohydrates late in the evening which then is more likely just to turn to stored fat.

Obesity is the combination of many factors: genetics, diet,
sedentary lifestyle. Basically, to lose weight requires a close watch on the diet. If you really want to lose weight, you can; but, you really have to want to. It requires close attention to diet, eating more complex carbs and less (much less) simple carbs.
Also, you need to find some form of excercise that you enjoy and burn as many calories a day that you can. Start slow and gradually increase it. Commitment is the key.

Ive put on a bit of weight when i was over eating and not getting any exercise whatsoever. You should start exercising and eating a healthy diet.

do you really? or do you just think you do? if you really are overweight, try exercising more and replacing some of your diet with fruits/ vegetables.
