There is a website in Ontario that covers Cultural events in Canada, if that helps. http://www.ontarioculture.ca/en/
As for what is Canadian Culture? Good question. Canada is a multi-cultural nation as well as being quite diverse from province to province (for example the culture in the east coast fishing villages is markedly different than on the West coast).
another site is:www.travelcanada.ca

Well, there are many cultures in Canada. To name a fes, there is Francophone culture, that is people who speak French. People who speak French are primarily in the province of Quebec and in New Brunswick though there are some French speaking communities in all parts of Canada. There are also First Nations/Aboriginal peoples including the Inuit, who live in the Northern region of Canada. There have been many waves of immigration to Canada and we now have a very multicultural society. You may want to check out www.gc.ca, there should be links to sites about Canada's culture.

a major part of canadian culture is multiculturalism. the best aspects of all the world's cultures are embraced and accepted. for example, the problems that the US is having now with latin (Mexican) culture would not exist if there were thousands of latinos crossing into Canada. they would feel welcome, and might end up eating at arabic or african restaurants as much as latin ones.
The Governor General, who is technically the head of state, came to Canada as a girl, and a refugee from Haite. She happens to be a brilliant person.
