What does it mean when you are always needing to go to toilet...................

Could be many things. Such as, over active bladder, bladder infection or even an early indicator of diabetes. Get to your doc right away and have him check it out.

It can be a bladder infection. Go to the doctor and get checked. You may need antibiotics.

might be a bladder infection.. or urinary infection.. maybe you should see a doctor.. especially if you feel a sharp pain by your belly button when u urinate. worst pain ever.. but could be cured with antibiotics.

It could mean that your prostate is enlarged. I was waking up at 3 AM having to go really bad. I quit drinking coffee, and the problem went away. Your problem could very well be something else though.

make sure you dont have a bladder infection and have your blood sugar checked

If it feels like you have to go, but then can't, you may have a UTI. If it causes any discomfort you should see a doctor, who can tell you for sure by taking a urine sample.
