Vicoprofen is hydrocodone with ibuprofen and Vicoden is hydrocodone with tylenol.

Vicoprofen is a combination of Vicodan and Ibuprofen. The Vicodan part is to kill pain and the Ibuprofen is an antti-inflamatory drug.
