they are too busy working and paying taxes to protest.

You forgot small.....and non traditional creeded. But yeah. It is called law of averages as it works in nature, except the creed part. That is the slavery or the unjust nature of this century. But with the advent of women's lib and affirmative action and minority status with regards to race, unless you are highly talented or know somebody or are willing to do it all all the time, you have no place in the workplace. Society needs peolpe that can get things done and can be whipped to do so. The white man has learned to whip everyone, but since there are enforcable laws against whipping everyone that is not white or non white male, the only whipping boys are the small white males. Don't worry, it will reverse itself in a few lifetimes. But just think we all helped as co creators to make this world like this, and that is what we chose it to be. So isn't it somethin? Didn't we surprise ourselves? Isn't this something to behold? I think it is great entertainment! But I am a small white adult American male going through it and it hurts. I still think it entertaining. I am what I am. I just accept it now. Hardest part is that when you are discriminated against you tend to find even more things that you are discriminated against for and you find so much truth that you almost can't stand it. But you can.. and that's the way it is. Equality....society seeking an eb, water seeking to level itself.

Exactly WHO discriminates against white healthy working men? Unemployed blacks & Hispanics? Discrimination is when a person in power keeps another person from power/wealth/success because of some prejudice against race/gender/sexual preference. Not too many white guys are being kept out of the work force compared to other races, women, and homosexuals.

I would never hire anyone who made race an issue in their interview. lawsuit waiting to happen.
Besides, it's only government Jobs where the white male get's discriminated against. Post Office, Bus drivers, trash pick up, etc...they still get most of the police jobs, and public offices...
See above.. What does Homosexuality have to do with this question?

sorry to say but white healthy working men are NOT the most discriminated against. illegal HARDWOKING immigrants are the ones who win first place.
white hardworking men are the most lucky people in the U.S. who can accomplish anything they want. if they really want it.

No, wait...were you actually serious?
Dude, try a dose of reality; you might develop a taste for it.
Becuse you no longer have unwarrented advantages you think you're discriminated against. I understnad that you FEEL that way, but I don't think that FEELING is based in fact.

Because affirmative action says that we have to give minorities our jobs even if they can't do it half right or are too lazy to show up half the time. It's not just men, it's women too.
I had been working in a company for 3 years. Never missed a days work, I'm a textbook employee and highly qualified. The promotion that should have gone to me, went to one of my co-workers because she is black. I have nothing against the color of her skin, but I do have serious issues with the government who says that she has to be given the job because of the color of her skin, regardless of the fact that she is highly underqualified and takes sick days like they are going out of style. The work that she can't/doesn't/won't do gets passed on to me.
I feel your pain brother, I feel your pain.

So you have been a Black, Asian, disabled, etc man and compared the experiences you had to those of being white?
Or are you just whining because the world won't devote itself to making your life easier?

Eh, as a minority myself, I can see your point. I can't say that I don't discriminate though; I discriminate everyone equally, even my own kind!
