Mary and Lazarus were brothers. Magdalen is another name of Mary (Mary Magdalen). The "beloved disciple" is St. John, the author of the Gospel after St. John.

Mary and Lazarus were friends of Jesus in Bethany. They had no relationship with Magdelene, other than they all witnessed Lazarus rise from the dead.

The beloved disciple was John.

Some novels have suggested that Mary of Bethany and Mary of Magdala were the same, but I don't think that's possible.
The beloved disciple was John. The reason he is called the beloved disciple, is because he refers to himself that way in his gospel, but he is not suggesting he was loved more than others. aHe is just overwhelmed by the fact that Jesus loves him.
