I've known guys who were shorter than you and girls were crazy about them. Bill gates is only about 5 ft 6 or 8 inches tall and look at his secess.
What ever you are good at 'education, any sports, or debating, be the best. take a speech class it will give you confidence.
Go where girls hang out at.
Strike up conversation with girls closer to your height but don't be afraid of tall girls.
Buy some shoes and make th eneel a lil talle rif it make syou feel better. Women do it all of the time.Ask girls out. all they can do is say no or yes and if you ask 10 out the law of average says two off them will say yes at least.
mainly what you need isconfidence so work on that and you'll do ok.
but don't mess around just ask soem out.

I think maybe you need to relax a little. Being in the 10th grade does not mean that you are running out of time. My boyfriend now didn't start dating until he was 20, it is no big deal, also, he is 23 now and only 5'4 so it isn't a height thing. Girls in high school aren't looking for a serious relationship, they are looking for a guy that makes them feel good. Give it some time, gain some maturity, and let them do the same. Sophomore in high school is not old, and again, unless you are terminally ill you are not running out of time.

I come from a family of very short men. The tallest being 5'6, not a one of my brothers or my single dad ever had a problem with women. This was due to the fact that they walked tall and stood proud of their stature. Personality is everything!!!! Sounds to me like you are oozing with it, so what are you waiting for?

Quit selling yourself short (no pun intended) and just go for the gold. These girls are probably dying for you to ask them out. At your age, girls aren't hanging around you because they have to, it is because they want to. Do you realize that some of your taller male peers are extremely jealous of you at this point for recieving the female attention.

Reality says you will get turned down (and so do the taller guys), but you just keep trying and eventually the girls will be falling at your feet. Good Luck!!!

That must be annoying for you....

No one likes being cute enough, or good enough, just as a friend.
Who wants to be treated like a toy idol? You're not some little dog that everyone walks up to and pat on the head and say "ah he's so cute".

To get the respect that you deserve you'll have to first demand the respect. Start telling people not to do the "cute little thing" with you. Tell them that you're not pet.

You can't change your height, but you can change how you let others speak to you. Stand up for yourself and others will see you as being taller.

Hey, if you have a good personality, just be patient. I have a son who is 5'2 and the other sons in the family are much taller. He never dated much in high school, but now he has a wonderful girlfriend and she is also 5'2. Also you know some taller girls like shorter guys...don't beat your self up. Be fun to be around and postive and you might just be suprised who might be interested in you. If there is someone you are interested in , you might ask her out or ask her with a group of your friends to go out to eat, or bowling or to the movies. ( HEY! GOOD LUCK!)

well im 5'2 and in 11th grade. last year i dated a boy and tho i know he wont admit it he was shorted than me by just a little bit. height isnt a factor as long as you dont mind dating the shorter girls. guys hate dating a taller girl but like an inch is ok. if youre cute then a girl wont mind you asking her out.

dont worry about it, boys take more time to catch up to the girls. My brother didnt start to grow until he was 18 or so and quit when he was 21. My younger son is still growing, he is 20 yo and 6'6". Trust me you will catch up.
Take care-

just be yourself.....don't be shy...if you see someone you like just jump in....the worst that could happen is they say no...and so you get right back up and look for something else. And don't worry about you have plenty of time to find a g/f. Don't let your friends influence what you do...just have fun
