I look at ladies, in the street, in the mall, etc., for more than a couple of seconds, with a pleasant face and a Mona Lisa smile. Indirectly I am saying that " I appreciate the way you present yourself". Do ladies liked to be looked at, or do they resent it?

Yes we do like that but of course up to some extent. We can read how you looked at us. If it's a friendly one and with a nice smile, it would be great.

if you are going to smile, nod and say hi, its ok, if you are hot you can even throw in a wink, but it has to be a very confident wink,
you must be wearing a three piece suit, must be tall and built, have hair like Dermot Mulroney in the Wedding Date and straight white teeth, with a healthy tan, otherwise don't stare, don't even look. It is creepy to be checked out by someone that doesn't give a polite smile and nod or hello. OK?

It depends on the woman how she is morally. If she smiles to you it means she does the same with an other unknown man too.
In my view this is not a feature of woman to encourage man because man is everedy to respond a woman should not initiate it or she should remain prepare for its possibly dreadful outcomes because sometimes just smiling leads to somthing weeping over.

A nice smile oe simple "hello" can be flattering, but some guys make unnecessary comments or gestures, etc. That's not so appreciated. In fact, it just makes the guy look immature and not well versed on how to treat a woman.

*chuckles* I sure like it. It makes me feel special. Unless the guy comes across as being cocky, arrogant and is totally only looking at my boobs. But when I get a warm smile and a nod or wink.. yup i like it.

Think of this, they wear sexy items, put on makeup, style their hair, etc. They love it, they also like to feel the power of rejecting men also. IT is kind of a bait and switch routine.

Uhh...in what way? If you mean looking at her private areas, I would have to say no. I have never met a girl who liked that. But who knows? Everybody's different

I think there are many answers here. Yes when they are young and do not understand the concept of sex. No when they realise what men's values really are. No when they are being judged.
