are you on your feet alot? if so get bigger shoes 'cause your feet are swelling and pushing your baby toes agianst your shoe and damaging it..or...are you outside alot in winter? if so your toes might be damaged from the cold, and the tingling and sleep feeling is your damaged nerve....if it's the first you will never get full feeling back, the second...give it awhile..this also happened to me today..damn Canadian winter!!

I have had the same thing for a week now! I asked a medical friend of mine and he said it could be a small blood clot due to poor circulation. I was recommended to take some aspirin and it seemed to get better.

I think it's just poor circulation. Ask your doctor or go to a website like "WebMD" to find out how to remedy the problem- it isn't life threatening & I don't believe it requires treatment by medication either.

If you are a diabetic you should have it checked. It could be neuropathy. If you are not a known diabetic you should check with a Dr. for some blood work and have your sugar checked.
