Cure for pulmonary HTN is heart and lung transplant, but I have never heard of a liver transplant that goes along.

A liver transplant isn't going to help Pulmonary HTN. Medications such as Vasodilators and Diuretics are the treatment of choice. Usually the best way is to treat the underlying disease that is causeing the pulmonary HTN, such as a pulmonary embolus, or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

yes its legal.. They can refuse to preform any services that they feel would be dangerous, medically unnecessary or they feel would cause other medical problems. Needing Dental implants is not a life threatening condition, its a cosmetic condition.. So they feel that you can use dentures or partials. The prime reason why most Oral surgeons will not preform dental implants on people who have had a liver transplant is the risk of contracting an infection around the implant that could spread to the blood and potentially damage the liver. so you may not find a oral surgeon willing to do an implant.
