no, you have a chance to get a little taller if you are a boy , not much if you are a girl, you are what you are. you cant change it unless you take human growth hormone early.

Drink milk. That'll help you to have good bones. Eat a good diet with lots of fruits and veggies. Avoid too much junk food. Exercise.

The above things will help you to grow healthy. Whether or not you can get any taller is a genetic thing. If you were terribly short, your doctor could give you growth hormone. But, you are already a good height. Nothing wrong with 5'7". And, at 14, I'd expect that you will still grow a little bit.

Work more on accepting the good things about yourself.

yEs. thier is. Iam about to turn 15 in a few days. But when i was 13 around that age. I realy wanted to be taller so bad that i started drinking 3-5 cups of milk everyday for whole 6 months. after those 6 months, i went to the doctore and i grew about 2 inches in jus 6 months. IT's realy amazing. By the way, dont drink anything with cafine. It can lower down your calcuim level. Hit me up if u go any question.

At 14, you still have a bit more time to grow taller. If you are a girl, you are usually done growing by 15 or 16. If you are a boy, you usually stop growing by 17 or 18. So you may still put on a another inch or two maybe 3 before you stop growing. But....height, like your eye color, hair color, etc. is genetic.
