Hi guys... my wife gave me a sterling silver ring and approximately around that time, I started getting fairly big and painful pimples on my face and head...
Anybody know if there could be a possible link?!

Doubt it. Silver is pretty inert.

I doubt it, usually jewelry causes a problem where it touches the skin So it could be from eating some food that you have had too much of when eating. If it keeps up see a dermatologist in a couple of months.

Most people aren't allergic to real silver, but I guess it's possible. If the blemishes are not on your finger/hand, it probably isn't the ring though. Check your household for other possibilities....soap, detergent, cologne, pets, hair or shaving products, etc.
