I dont know the miligrams but i do know it is mountain dew my daughter stopped drinking it one time for about a week and she suffered severe headaches(the same thing happens to peaple who drink coffee all the time and suddenly stop) our doctor told her that her body was literally going thru withdraws from the lack of high caffiene that mountain dew supplies the body
