It's Swedish: there is (was?) no new topic in this forum last month.
How bizarre! I wonder why you are getting emails in Swedish...

Looks like Danish to me. Although Swedish and Danish are pretty similar, this looks Danish not Swedish. Det er ingen nye tema i dette forumet siste måned - translated word by word - It is again new topic (subject) in your forum last month.
I have no idea how this would be in Swedish, but for sure måned (month) is in Danish.

It's not Swedish, my guess is Norwegian since some of those words would be spelled differently in Danish. And this is my very correct translation:
"There is no new theme/topic in this forum the last month."

Looks like Swedish (the circled "a" in "maned" is a giveaway), but I don't speak it.
