Okay, first is I have a very low grade fever, like 99.5. I'm freezing and I feel like I have a much higher fever. It's hard to explain.. you know how your skin feels when you have a high fever/flu.. ... all achey? Yeah.. and when I move too fast I get really dizzy and lightheaded. I have no allergies/cold symptoms. Could this be a sinus infection without feeling like I have a cold?

OH and I got out the hospital on Friday. I understand there are some conditions that are easily caught in a hospital?

You have invasive brain cancer.

Seriously, it could be a hundred things. If you feel achy all over, that might point to a viral illness. You ask if this could be a sinus infection yet you give no sinus information. Are you congested? Sinus pain on one side or both? Do you know where your sinuses are?(above and below both eyes). Why would you think sinus infection? Are your ears affected? Do you have a rash? Are you nauseated? Abdominal cramps? diarrhea? Sorry, not enough info. Go to a doctor is always good advice if you are concerned.

Edit: Why were you originally in the hospital? This changes things a bit - See a doctor immediately - do not wait. At least give him a call, like NOW, even if the office is closed there is someone on call who will have much better advice than people who do not know you.

Edit (dude): read the questions I asked. mentioning you have no allergy symptoms is so vague, it is not useful, as 'sinus infection' does not equate to allergies.

To me that sounds like what may be perhaps this years flu. Sometimes the flu hits without all the symptoms that the Center of Disease Control (CDC) claims it will. It all depends on how strong your immune system happens to be. If I were you I would take an asprin to fight the feaver feel and then get as much rest as possible that is the best way to fight off what may be a real bad cold or perhaps the start of the flu. The link I gave you shows the latest deal on the flu and where it has hit in the US.

If you are feeling scared call the doctor's office and tell them you need to get in sooner. Each pregnancy is different even if you don't think so. I have four daughters and by time I got to the fourth one, I had no signs for some time except for being very tired all the time. My morning sickness came like once a week with her, but that one day made up for lost time. Now I am the grandmother of eight and I have four boys and four girls.

It could be a sinus infection, but you have allot of general symptoms that could be anything from an inner ear infection to mono. A temp indicates a definite bacterial infection somewhere, and you need antibiotics.

Those are really nebulous symptoms. Could be a sinus infection, flu, ear infection... could be more serious. If your symptoms get worse or don't improve after 7 days it is time to see the doctor.

Could you by chance be pregnant. I had alot of dizzy spells when I was pregnant due to my blood sugar dropping. Also some women run low grades fevers during the first few weeks of pregnancy. I may not be right at all but it is a thought.

Yes it could be and you need to see a doctor. Sinus infections could do horrible things. The infection if left to long could go to your brain.

Another thought is have you had your blood pressure checked.

Could be an infection of some kind, or it could be something else alltogether. Why not ask your doctor?
