No, not electrical. You build a sweat lodge. Dig a hole on a flat piece of ground near you house. Place bent branches over it, forming a round hut. Cover branches in alternating layers of branches, and plastic sheeting. Make a fire. Put large rocks in the fire. Wait for hours until the large rocks are hot all the way through. Carry the hot rocks into the pit inside the hut. You should make a door on the hut. Put the hot rocks in the hole, close the door of the hut, and pour water over the hot rocks. Instant sauna, or as the natives called it a sweat lodge.

Nope, it does not do a thing for your muscles. The dry heat of a sauna or wet heat of a steam room only serve to relax you and make your skin healthier. Steam rooms also have the added benefit of helping your lungs. Neither have anything, at all, whatsoever to do with muscle hypertrophy or fat loss.
