What if you dont know the guy at all, and you barely see him around school? Does the guy at least think you're attractive? or hideous? And I mean staring at the face, not body (well I think/hope.)
By the way, what usually happens is I notice someone looking at me, then I look at that person. He does not avert his gaze.
We made eye contact twice before, and we never talked.

The other day, we were in a highly crowded hallway with 38720934723 people and he just kept on staring at me, and then I just looked at him back. I guess he finds me familiar looking.

I'd say he's checking you out. I can imagine he's thinking all sorts of things..." Wow what a cute girl...she sure has a nice etc. " you get the idea. By him not averting his gaze means he wants you to know he's interested and I'll bet he is too shy to walk up and break the ice. Rejection is a bummer. Maybe you might try at least a smile on him? Hope it works out.

He probably likes you. Eye contact is good, but staring is creepy in my books. He should have the balls to talk to you rather than just stare at you. Maybe he is just too insecure, If this is the case you probably dont want him anyway

if a guy stares at you while you are both in a crowd he is attracted to you. if he looks at you while u walk by with not many people around it doesnt mean anything.

if we stare at someone in a crowd, it means we like you and think ure attractive, or there might be something on ure face but its usually the first one

u have to use ur femine skills and read the expression in his eyes/face. only takes a few seconds but it can tell a lot. if he s stared at u more than once then gurl he-is-checkin-u-out. jus do it back 'till he makes his move. if he doesnt...he s probabley shy. in dat case make ur move if u like him.

Sounds like he likes you. The only problem is, he doesn't know you. He'll either figure out who you are or you'll have to talk to him. It won't hurt to try talking to him or at least finding out about him first.
