they have this thing out that's call high beams it's a hair color spray just spray it on and when you want it out just shampoo it out it's real good that's what I do when I want a change

Hi,a soap cap may work but might cause more damage. I would first try regular old dish liquid. I know it sounds weird but try it a few times. Believe me it works!

Try Anti-Dandruff shampoo, I can't remember if thats for perms or temp colours, but its worth a try.
