okay here goes..... well my i am a teen and as everyone might know Teens want to DATE!!! well i have a boyfriend.. but guess what MY parents dont know...(the title *hint*hint*) now we tooka pic together and made it say LOVE FOREVER... and guess wat my cousin took it away and he is over 21 and he is giving me till friday to tell my parents bout my boyfriend if not he is gonna show the pic to myy parents..... but i know that if i tell them ... IT AINT GONNA be pretty.... so wat do i do?????

tell your cuz that he dumped you...make a little pout pout face like your sad...he'll feel bad and probably rip it up in front of you....i'm 21 and still don't like tellin my parents about my boyfriends :) good luck

Been there, done that! I think the best thing is to come clean w/ ur parents. It's never pretty, but it's better that they hear it from u than from ur cousin. Parents get hurt when they find out about things like that from the outside. You'll always be their little girl. You don't want to lose their trust.

i would tell my parents ,i am a parent and it is better for you to tell then someone else,if you show responsibility and respect to your parents and to your own self they will eventually let it be the big question is the age from 13 to 14 should be mostly phone dating, then at 15 dropped off to a movie sounds pretty okay but car dateing should not be done till at least 16 you have more maturity at that age or should have to handle the situation

I think that since your cousin is going to tell your parents you may want to tell them first. You can try to lie about it but in the end it could make things worse.

If you know they'll flip then make up a lie. If you're kissing then there will be an issue. If you're not kissing you can say it's a friend and a memory/inside joke type of thing.. Good luck!

alright well.. i think every girl has to go through this. what i did was i went up to my mom (who is the easier parent to talk to) and told her that i have this friend.. a boyfriend. and it isnt very serious its just a "special friend." or you can go crying to your mom.. tell her how u feel and that you just need someone to be close to you.. if not, try talkin your cousin out of showing it to your parents.. tell him/her that you arent really..
